The place was gorgeous. We got absolutely no service in the condo. I really mean NONE (we have t mobile)and the wifi was terrible. I had to buy a $10 wifi pass to receive calls, texts and get a little work done. The view was wonderful. You can’t see the sand but the horizon line is enough for me.

We liked the large rooms. There is a mat off the street down to the beach. The condo is on the second floor, so the view is a bit obstructed but still nice. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. There is no dishwasher. The primary king bed frame was squeaky with slight movement. The pocket door to the primary bath was very hard to open and close, and the toilet seat was coming off the hinges. All in all, it was quiet there and a very comfortable stay which we enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple and enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely some fixes and improvements that should be made, including a broken sliding balcony door handle, a very very loud, creaky bed/frame in the master guest room and tricky sliding door in master shower. Also, beach view is obstructed some by dunes. That said, we were comfortable and the location was great.
