If you're looking for the best spot to enjoy nothing but the beach, this beachfront condo is exactly the answer! Offering a prime location right on the beach, a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table right off the kitchen, an inviting living area with comfortable furniture and a TV with cable, a washer/dryer on site, central air-conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the beach, this condo is perfect for families and groups of friends! This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south. Things to Know Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Surf grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location, perfect ocean front view just steps from the beach. Low rise building so not particularly crowded. Open floor plan and lots of natural light.

This condo made for a wonderful trip. The living room and kitchen were spacious. We needed a maintenance request and called Vacasa (during business hours) and plumber came within 20minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The upper streets are away from the worst of the busyness. The location was just right for us. We could still walk to many places and the grocery store was just a few streets further North.
The best part is staying right on the beach with a direct view of the ocean from the condo. We watched the sun rise every morning.

It's a nice unit in a great location. All of the stated amenities were there and worked. We would definitely recommend this unit and be willing to stay there again.
