Diamond Head is like a little slice of paradise, located on 80th Street oceanfront. You are located near many great restaurants, whether you're looking for a quick bite or some great seafood! Located just down the road from our check-in office, beginning your vacation is a breeze. Just pick up the keys from our experienced rental staff, and you’re off to the sun ‘n sand in minutes! Diamond Head 510 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor. Caressed by ocean breezes, the private balcony overlooks a triangular oceanfront swimming pool, and an enticing expanse of sandy white beach. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and 1 TV. The building does have an elevator. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There is reserved parking for 2 vehicles. No smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks or mini-weeks. Full weeks are available from Saturday to Saturday, or Wednesday to Wednesday. Mini-weeks are available from Saturday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. You can also combine a full week and a mini-week for an extended vacation! Rooms were what we had expected. The updated kitchen was great. We didn't have access to the pool for 2 days as the realtor (century 21) did not have the correct code. The view was amazing and felt like you were truly on the beach!

The apartment is very nice and good location. Pool is wonderful. But the apartment is poorly maintained. The cooking equipment (pots and pans) needs updating. Frying pans are in poor condition. Beds need to be replaced. Carpets need cleaning. Bedroom furniture needs repairs. One of the bathrooms had substantial water on the floor when we arrived. Had to call management to get password for the pool gate.
