About this apartment rental
You've found your yearly vacation destination! This 1-bed, 1.5-bath condo on 80th Street sits oceanside, with views from the deck of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. Guests will have access to the condo building's own pool, an elevator, and two assigned parking spots. Guests will sleep in two comfortable full beds. Kitchen is stocked with supplies. Beach equipment is also provided. Look no further - this is it!
This property is located on 80th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway.
Since there's a nature preserve on the opposite side of Coastal Highway, there aren't as many residential areas in the immediate area and our stretch of beach doesn't get quite as crowded as others in OC.
We're steps away from the beach (no need to cross Coastal Highway). You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and things to do.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Primary renter must be age 25+. This rental is not ideal for Senior Week stays.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this oceanside condo in Ocean City, MD. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The condo was impeccably clean and felt so cozy. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and relaxing. While the elevator was great to have, a definite bonus was the beach cart I used to bring our bags and gear up to the unit.
The location is a huge plus. We had a great view of the ocean and the bay and had a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops right nearby. It was the perfect spot for a stress-free vacation. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location. We can't wait to come back!

We really overall had a great stay. The location was perfect Accessing the vacation rental was easy. Your correspondence was excellent Instructions very clear. The place was small but very adequate for 2 adults and toddler. Appreciated all the supplies you provided and the Pool and elevator. Wished we could have stayed longer. There were a few downsides. There was no place to store non refrigerated foods. Recommend to remove some of drinkware from the cabinet to make spaceThe apartment needs some TLC. Some areas needs to be deeply cleaned such as the bedroom ac unit, bathroom drains had slow drainage Under the beds dirtySheets and pillows could be updated sheets were very worn Dryer did not work. Recommend to have more instructions on which remotes to use and what they were forStanding lamp in living room switch to turn on was broken Sliding screen door to balcony would not moveIf the downsides above are completed, we would love to stay there again in the future.

This condo is super cute for a couple or a couple with a small child. It's close to the beach and has partial views of the ocean and bay. We initially had a kerfuffle with the keypad and entry, but communication was prompt and we gained entrance promptly. The kitchen had everything you need as far as cookware, appliances, cute coffee bar and dishes and glassware. The galley eat-in area is a little tight as far as someone eating at the bar area and someone passing by. Towels and linens were furnished so we didn't need to lug those along. The one bed was definitely more comfortable than the softer mattress. Something about the mattress pad/toper had me sweating throughout the night. The place could have been a little cleaner as far as we are concerned, and we are not super picky. I wiped down certain kitchen areas, bathroom cabinets and dresser drawers, but refused to do baseboards, etc. The plusses on this condo far outweigh a couple minor negative things. Would definitely stay here again.
