You'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or just to get out of sun for a while. The desirable midtown location provides easy access to activities both North and South and is also a smart choice for guests with events in Salisbury with easy access to Route 90. * Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st level of an elevated building. Brazilian Sun does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 77th street.
* Linens/towels are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own or we do offer a linen/towel package for rent.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is also the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
