St. Thomas Square is a gated complex located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is only one block from a public beach access and within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls. It is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! St. Thomas Square has its own private dock with fish cleaning station on Grand Lagoon (an approximately 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico), available on a first come, first serve basis and a designated area to park your watercraft trailer. It also has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle-board court, grilling area, and outdoor fire pit.

This large 1-bedroom condo has been recently updated. It offers a Queen-sized bed, as well as a set of twin over twin bunks and a pullout sofa, comfortably sleeping six. The spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the unit also has a washer and dryer in the hallway. Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private balcony overlooking the tennis courts, you can also access the balcony from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, cookware and a K-cup coffeemaker. TVs are equipped with Roku devices to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Basic cable is not included, however, Live TV programming via Roku is quite extensive.

Important Notes:
- Please note, there is an additional parking fee due prior to or upon arrival paid directly to the HOA. Automobiles are $23.33/each (up to 30 days) and motorcycles are $11.85/each (up to 30 days). 2 vehicles max per stay. No trailers allowed, with the exception of watercraft trailers, which are also an additional fee (see below).
- Use of boat dock & parking of your watercraft trailer requires additional $250 pre-tax payment in advance of arrival.
- No smoking and no pets allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. This is an HOA rule and NO exceptions can be made.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
