The place is right by the beach. Less than a 5min walk.Extremely well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need. My only comment would be that the place does need a deep clean, it was very tidy and neat but needs a good thorough clean.I would not recommend for families with small children due to the stairs to the loft but other than that this place was truly a gem!!

Water was amazing, we even found sand dollars , the weather was also beautiful. We didn't love having to carry our things up all the stairs because we are old but we did burn some extra calories doing it! The beach can't be seen from the condo but an amazing sunrise can be seen from the patio! Overall it was a good trip !

I should have paid a little more attention to the listing that this apartment was on the third floor and only had stairs. This started as a little downer on our trip being that we had to haul heavy suitcases and ice coolers up all the stairs. (Also partly our fault that we overpacked). I especially loved that the floors were all hard or wood so I didn't have to worry about dirty floors. For the most part it was clean. Unfortunately under the pull out sofa, it was extremely dirty...really might just be time for a deep cleaning. Might be time to replace the pots and pans as I couldn't cook without food sticking extremely bad. Kitchen was a little smaller than I was expecting which led to a little difficulty cooking bigger meals. But overall our family of 6 really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We never used the pool but it was extremely busy while we were there. The pool chairs and beach tools were an added bonus as we didn't have to bring those with us. The washer and dryer are extremely small but did the job. Overall, Cinde was a great hostess and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. Would consider staying again. Only reason I wouldn't is the size for our family (6) to fit a little more comfortably.
