About this apartment rental
Welcome to The Beach & The Bum! This unique property has everything you need to kick back and relax. Just a 2-minute walk to the sandy beach, you can smell the salt air from the front porch! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located complex. Walking distance to shopping food, and fun!
You will feel quite right at home with full kitchen, dedicated living room, and eating area. The kitchen has all your cooking needs. Full bathroom downstairs and 2nd full bathroom upstairs along with main bedroom, full bed in sleeping area at top of stairs, and twin trundle bed in the loft above the kitchen. (Home is on the 3rd level with no elevator)
There is also a community pool, and fresh water showers at the bottom of the stairs to rinse the sand away.
The unit comes with 1 dedicated parking space, additional parking can be extremely limited during peak season. *if driving an SUV or large truck, you may need to use the overflow parking.*

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
Sandcastle Villas is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, closest to all of the local eateries, and hangouts!
I am easily reachable through the messaging system and can be reached through my cell phone in an emergency situation.

The condo was very clean, well equiped kitchen, living room furniture was a little dated.
All bedrooms are up-staires, and had T.V.'S. And ceiling fans. The only thang that was not mentioned in the ad was that the condo is on the 3rd floor and you had to walk up 6 flight of stairs, there is no elevator, I thought that should have been mentioned,so that was not good gor me with a knee that i had surgery on.

This was a very unique and awesome condo. The host was very quick to respond to all emails. Very clean unit. Absolutely 5 stars across the board.

This unit is really in need of a deep clean and air circulation. It smells wet and musty. The fans that work are covered in dust and overall just felt and looked dirty. The kitchen was barely equipped to get by. Lucky for us, there were only three people staying because there were literally only three forks available. No pots to use, only frying pans. We come to PCB twice a year and unfortunately, this is not a place I would stay in again.
