Gulf Gate 507 is recently renovated and is waiting to be your home away from home at the BEACH! Come stay right on the beach! Gulf G ate is located on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulf Gate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums and every condo is just steps from the sand! Unit 507 has breathtaking views and is the ideal place for couples and families to make memories in Panama City Beach.

The Gulf front master bedroom has two queen beds with an adjoining master bath. You will love the over sized custom tile shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

The pool (seasonally heated) is partially covered so when you(or the kids) have had enough sun but want to enjoy the Beach the pool area is perfect. Lounge chairs and tables for your use are located in the pool area as well as two charcoal grills.

Gulf Gate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulf Gate have numerous amenities : Internet/WiFi, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area!

Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed for an additional $100 non refundable fee.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
