Unit B:
+ Sleeps 10 people in beds. Listed as 4 folks because the upstairs ceiling is 6 ft tall. Best for children.
+ Fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach.
+ 2 off street parking spots, accommodations for 1 extra vehicle can be made with advance approval from owner
+ Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay

The Space:
Unit B: This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This two-story unit has 3 bedrooms (which sleeps 6) and a queen and full sleeper sofa in the upstairs and downstairs living room area (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 10 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

Unit B Layout: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has a lower ceilings of 6ft, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head.

+ Flexible for party size if booked with one or both of the other units in triplex, to accommodate
+ Onsite Parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ Unit B second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
