Welcome to Dolphin Fun A, our bottom floor unit in the serene east end of Panama City Beach. This gorgeous home in lower Grand Lagoon features a bay to your left, and the beach just a few blocks to your right.
Our modern, spacious beach unit is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy balcony ocean views and two spacious backyards, all within easy walking distance of a boat ramp and the picturesque sandy beaches of PCB.
This cozy modern home is ready to host up to 14 guests for the group getaway of a lifetime.
Families, couples, and friend groups alike are going to love hanging out in this serene corner of PCB. You’ll find a primary suite, guest bedroom, and two bunk rooms to spread out and feel at home in.
Flip a coin to land the elegant primary suite, with its comfy queen-sized bed and private door to the balcony. It also comes with an ensuite bathroom, outfitted with a designer glass shower and double vanity. And don’t worry about having to share it–there’s a second bathroom that also comes with a beautiful sliding glass shower and vanity.
The guest bedroom is another great choice, with a comfy queen-sized bed, soothing colors, and a rustic barn door closet with tons of storage space. Bringing a whole crew of kids? They’ll probably claim the two bunk rooms as ‘Adult-Free Zones’! The first comes with a twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle. And the other comes with two twin-over-twin bunks.
While you’re at the beach, get excited about all that’s waiting for you at home. We love our open-concept living area, the perfect place for connecting and having fun together. Host game nights or watch movies from the comfy living room couch and loveseat.

We were very happy with the location and ease of getting to the beach and also the bay. Many walked to and from beach. Our only concerns were a kitchen chair that was cracked but did not affect our stay and the matresses were not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

I had ChatGPT help me write the review for this place:Needs Maintenance and Attention to DetailWe recently stayed at this property hosted by Blue Swell for a week. While the location was convenient and the layout worked well for our group, several issues during our stay made the experience less enjoyable than we’d hoped.Roach Sightings IndoorsOne of the more unsettling moments was finding large roaches inside the unit, including one near the shower (photo attached). While we understand that bugs can be more common in certain climates, this seemed to indicate a lack of adequate pest control.Furniture Is Worn and StainedMost of the furniture was stained, worn out, and didn’t feel clean or inviting. It definitely gave the impression that the home hasn’t been deep-cleaned or refreshed in quite a while.WiFi Was Barely UsableThe WiFi was extremely unreliable throughout our stay. Even basic tasks like checking email or loading websites were a struggle. If you rely on internet access for work or entertainment, this would be a major inconvenience.Unstable Bunk Beds – I Had to Fix Them MyselfOne of the most concerning issues was the condition of the bunk beds. They were incredibly unstable, with many screws either loose or not installed at all. I ended up purchasing a tool set myself and tightening the screws on all four bunk beds just to make them safe enough to use.
