The Space:
This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This three story unit has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), a large loft area attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 5), a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 2), and a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 1). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

+ Onsite Parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
