Summary:
Not a worry in the world, toes in the water!! We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends!
Check this out! This is the perfect beach getaway property for you and your party!

The Space:
All three units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. These (separate) three-story units rented together have 7 bedrooms (sleeps 14), two large loft areas attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 10), and three queen, one full, and two twin sleeper sofas in the common areas (sleeps 10). So - the unit can sleep a total of 34 people in beds!
Unit B: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head.
This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

+ Onsite Parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ Unit B second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved

The property and location was great. The owner of the house is a really awesome guy who was able to help me out whenever needed. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk, and plenty of parking was provided on the property!

This is a perfect house for a big group of people. My group was a group of college students and was very affordable and we were able to walk to the beach. Had a couple issues with the neighbors regarding noise but was able to get in good communication with homeowner and got the problems resolved

Hosts were very nice and considerate but some of the beds were dirty and moldy. Unit C had a leak in the roof when it started raining heavily. It was in the sink area of the double bedroom. Overall the stay was decent. Would book again but not with 25 people again.
