Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom (see below for bed configuration), 2-bathroom condo located in the beautiful Flamingo Marina Real, Costa Rica! Perfect for romantic retreats or family getaways, this modern and clean finished condo highlights breathtaking views of both the mountains and town. With lots of natural light, the space is bright and airy, providing you with the perfect environment to relax and unwind.
Step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning scenery while enjoying the outdoor seating provided (a table with 2 chairs and a loveseat). Inside, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen (see below for more details), fast internet to stay connected, a smart TV, as well as a shared washer/dryer unit in the complex. If you're looking for some outdoor fun, our community swimming pool is the perfect spot to cool off in the hot tropical sun and hang out on the relaxing sun chairs.
Take advantage of the perfect location of this home base, being only a 10-minute walk (5 when driving!) from town, and enjoy the many selections of bars, restaurants (we highly suggest the Surf Box and the Beach house!) and shops of Flamingo. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.

We enjoyed our time at Marina Real. Every interaction with reservations and local people was wonderful. Eddie, the onsite person was fun and willing to help with anything. I recommend this place.We were warned that there was going to be construction on the roof, but the banging and dirt blowing around were a nuisance. It was going on the three weeks we were there. Just the price you have to pay for progress, I guess.

The condo was very clean, nice like the pictures, and had beautiful views off the balconies. Very easy to walk to the beach, shops, and marina. This is a great choice if you are staying in the Playa Flamingo area. The only concern staying here would be if you struggle with lots of stairs. This was more of a challenge for my older mom and aunt, but I hauled their luggage for them, so that helped. Overall this was a great stay though. Highly recommend.
