Flamingo 5 is a newly updated 2-bedroom, 3-bath villa located a few steps from beautiful Flamingo Beach. Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this unit is ready to accommodate up to seven guests.
The space
Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and a twin. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Downstairs there is a sofa bed that sleeps two. There is a third full bath downstairs, plus a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, a dining table for six, cable TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The villa was recently renovated with new paint, ceiling fans, appliances, TVs, linens and draperies.
The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a new stove, dishwasher, as well as a microwave, rice cooker, blender, coffeemaker, toaster oven, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
The common area has a large swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. This unit features free street parking, maid service, and 24/7 on-site security.

Flamingo #5 is a two story condo with beautiful wood accents inside. I was very pleasantly surprised that both bedrooms and the main floor all had their own bathroom! Master bedroom had a balcony in addition to the main floor outdoor patio. Nice touch. Location was just up the street from Coco Loco and a couple of steps more to the beach. So convenient. On site security 24 hours was so friendly. The pool was clean and a nice refreshing touch also. We'd love to come back with me and my family.

This was a dream property. We absolutely loved this location and beach. The house, beds, and linens are a little dated but it didn’t bother us and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and very safe. Communication with management was excellent. We travel to Costa Rica a couple of times a years, so we will definitely stay here again!
