The queen bed mattress is very old and there were two bug found in the bed. We rewashed the sheets.

The location was great! The ocean view was the reason I booked and it didn’t disappoint! The apartment is quite nice.
The apartment could use a few minor repairs as indicated in other reviews. We had water leaking in the spare bedroom which seemed to be coming from the outdoor sprinkler system. The property manager addressed it within a day. Overall the property was certainly worth the price!

Location
Noise upstairs, marijuana smell morning and night on the deck, both sliders ( living room and 2nd back bedroom) were very difficult to lock, plus the living room slider’s handle was broken or disconnected on the bottom.

It was a walk down the hill to the beach. It had a pool. We could hear and see the ocean from our patio. We walked to all the restaurants for dinner.
It was the most expensive of all the place we stayed at. The bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold on it.
