The check-in process was seamless, and the staff helped us out by holding onto our bags for a few hoursbafter we checked out.The neighbourhood is lovely and so close to the historic quarter. It was a great place to stay and enjoy Narita for a day.

1. Breakfast disappointing, so went out each morning. 2. Towels so thin they didn't dry us properly.
