Just 4 mi from famous Innisbrook golf course. 15 min from Dunedin or Tarpon Springs beaches. 30 min from Clearwater Beach. Busch gardens 1 hr+, Disney,Epcot,Seaworld 2 hrs. bike trail 2 blocks . Use of 2 bikes w. helmets & lock, 2 kayaks & life preservers, 1 paddle board, outdoor grill, pool, hot tub, dock. No-one under 25, No children, No pets, No smoking, no more than 2 adults and no parties or overnight guests. No exceptions.

We have found the perfect spot that we must come back to every year. Eileen and Tom were so helpful and generous. The welcome basket of goodies was such a nice surprise as well as their acknowledgement of my wife's birthday. The idilic setting on the water with the beautiful pool comes with kayak and bike use. The best bike trail in Florida is only a block away. The simple efficiency room had all the basics that we needed to cook, sleep, watch our favorite shows, etc.

Home was as advertised. This was an amazing place to stay and the owners were great with communication.
The sunsets were incredible with a view right out of our room. Everything you would need was close by. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, and would stay here again on my next trip.

Our host was always available and made us feel at home. The property was magnificent with what can be described as a breath taking view. If we have the opportunity we would definitely return to this property.
