Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset at the beach.
The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV, and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the second floor and has a comfortable King sized bed. The master comes equipped with a kitchenette, fridge and walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with walk in shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a King size bed and closet.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a walk in shower.
The LARGE POOL AREAis the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing.
The Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the garage space. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Parking: One parking spot in driveway is included. Garage is not for parking.
Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage.

Very enjoyable. Only disappointment was that there were no bikes as advertised. Walked the pinellas trail but would have liked to seen more by bike. Location was very good. Tarpon springs beaches were close.

Everything about renting this place was easy and as advertised. Great communication throughout the rental and was flexible with extending. This place is great if you like biking since it's a 50+ mile trail that runs through some fun towns to visit like Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Our 5 year old loved being right next to the pool.

The property is very nice. It is very close to a nice park. We went to Tarpan Springs a few times and enjoyed the shops and a dolphin ride.

We had a great time staying at this townhouse with lots of included amenities (bikes, beach equipment). Nice and bright with big windows. The property is right along the Pinellas trail and we enjoyed biking to different places along it. Overall, the property is need of some repairs and updates (broken toilet in the upstairs, shower door installed outside the track so need to be careful about water leaking out onto the floor) and is showing its age but was clean and overall a pleasant stay.
