About this house rental
Wake up on a quiet mountain top between Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest, 6 minutes from downtown Brevard.
The main Pisgah gate is 12 minutes out, DuPont State Forest's Crab Creek entrance 17, and the French Broad 4 minutes down the hill. It's an ideal base for biking, hiking, waterfalls, and fishing. You'll drive to trailheads, but not far - and day trips run to Hendersonville and Asheville too.
In between outings, kick back on a reclining leather sofa, hang out on the fully furnished deck, or gather by the fire pit.
Bedroom 1: King Bed (first-floor master) | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed.
2.5 baths: the master en-suite and a half bath on the first floor, plus a full bath upstairs serving Bedrooms 2-4.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious deck with grill, forest views, dedicated fire pit area, gear storage shed for bikes and kayaks, and bike wash station.
EV charger for both CCS1 (Ford, Hyundai, etc), and NACS (Tesla, through the charger's OEM adapter).

Absolutely beautiful house and the location is great. You’re only about 10 minutes from downtown Brevard. The house is very comfortable and perfectly situated in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely beautiful and large home! There were 4 of us with plenty of seating to watch tv on the large screen or sitting at the large table for a meal or playing a card game. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and a variety of spices. Bedrooms were all large and beds were very comfortable. Outdoors has a beautiful deck with table and chairs and rockers which we wish we could have enjoyed but it was just too cold. There's also a fire pit with chairs and extra firewood included. The EV charger, Grizzl-e, (it’s a level 2 EV charger) came in very handy for my husband to charge his truck. He was quite happy to have this available to use. We would love to come back and stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Very clean, uncluttered, well-stocked home. The owners were quick to respond with questions asked. Close to lots of activities and minutes from town.
