We’ve been traveling in UK and Europe for five weeks. This was by far our favorite accommodation.

Spacious accommodation with living room/dining space. Had a fully equipped kitchen and large modern shower. Information about accommodation and nearby tourist attractions was provided in English, French and German. Parking facility nearby. Good communication with host.

Attractive price, but dirty and dusty apartment

Good location in Bois, the apartment has enough space for 2 adults and 1 baby. Low price

Dust was everywhere, on every shelf in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathroom. The armchair (in the picture) consists of an unstable and minimal shelf with some hangers for jackets and pants. The bed is uncomfortable and small. The cushions are not ergonomic, too hard for the cervical. The bathroom is really small, it's even difficult to close and open its door when you are in. I was caught by the low price, but the apartment is dirty and dusty and not very comfortable at all

Exceptional

Perfect place for an overnight stop on our bike tour. They've done a ton of work to make sure it's comfortable and well equipped. Having instructions (in 4 different languages)to run the tv and washer was great. Great location. Bike storage.

Bruits des voisins au dessus qui claquent les portes et qui marchent en faisant du bruit. Arranger la petite cour peut etre et insonoriser la porte couloir qui donne sur l’immeuble pour le bruit et le froid

Estancia excelente!

Fuimos 5 noches a Blois y nos alojamos aquí. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Nos pareció muy cómodo, con todas las facilidades, y muchos detalles para que solo tengas que preocuparte de disfrutar (información de los alrededores, un par de cápsulas de café de cortesía, productos de aseo, aceite, sal...) la verdad es que son cosas que no siempre hay y se agradecen. La ubicación para nosotros era muy buena porque estabas a máximo 10 minutos del centro histórico andando, pero en una zona tranquila, y fácil para aparcar (y gratis). Leyendo comentarios iba un poco con cautela por el tema ruidos, y aunque es cierto que al estar a pie de calle y que las paredes interiores no aislan mucho, no hemos tenido ningún inconveniente para dormir en estos cinco días. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

No es negativo como tal, pero, como ya vi en algunos comentarios sobre el patio interior, aunque se puede usar sin problemas, si es cierto que hay una familia de palomas que complica la limpieza del suelo. Tampoco creo que haya mucha solución, las palomas no molestan.

Halte à BLOIS

Appartement bien conçu avec des équipement de qualité, déco sympa. Communication facile et rapide avec l'hôte. Literie confortable mais dommage que la chambre donne sur la rue mais en semaine c'est moins bruyant que le dimanche soir. Entrée avec plein de documentation à disposition très pratique. Facilité pour se garer devant l'appart. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Tout était nickel sauf peut être revoir les oreillers trop gros et l'aménagement de la cour qui pourrait être utilisée pour y manger. Il ne manquait rien sauf la clim, à défaut un ventilateur vu la canicule mais l'appart est relativement frais si on ferme tout.

Le logement est très bien agréablement surprise quand je reviendrai je réserverai de même logement et j’ai déjà conseillé à mon entourage. Très bien équipé.

Le seul point négatif c’est la circulation la nuit après on est dans une ville. Je suis de la campagne donc pas habitué.

Agréable, situation remarquable. TOUT pour se servir.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter les nombreux Chateaux de la Loire. Communication ave le propriétaire très fluide et accessible. Très pratique d'avoir des produits ménagers à disposition; des produits de première nécessité ainsi que des flyers de visite; Petit hall d'entrée accueillant.

Ajout d'un faitout ou plus grande casserole car 2 récipients pour la cuisson sur le gaz = 1 peu juste ( si l'on veux cuisiner un peu, ex : cuisson de pates ) Mettre à disposition un plaid supplémentaire dans le salon. Un nettoyage de la cour extérieure serait à prévoir. Quartier, un peu bruyant tout de meme la nuit, à proximité de tous commerces, réez de chaussée apprécier mais attention bruit du dessus.
