The flat is in a good location. I was positively surprised to see flamingos in the sea area not far from the flat. You can reach both Cagliari center or the beach quite easily (we had a car). The flat is nice and equipped. It has a private parking. The host was nice.
The area is super windy, even making chairs fall on the terrasse. The garbage bins are outside on the terrasse, which is a nice idea to save space and smell inside, but a bit uncomfortable to go out to the wind each time we want to put something in the garbage.
