The aircon was great, plenty of shops around for food and drink shops. Near the main street by the beach, although quite a walk to the Marina. Rooms were pleasant, pool was nice and it was clean. Ramp and lift up to the apartment room. Shower worked well too.
Not down to the host but the rules of the share pool are that it can only be used between certain times (10-2, 5-8). Quite a walk away from the Marina and access to the beach for those with mobility issues is difficult as there's only steep stair cases nearby and the ramp seems to only be at one side of the beach or the other. There is a mobility scooter place nearby however which we did use to help out with this.

La ubicación, piso muy amplio y tranquilo. Parking. Su anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Sitio familiar.

Location is excellent. I have stayed at this property quite a few times because it’s very central.
Property is in need of redecoration. A majority of things are damaged and need replacing. For example…. There’s no door on the oven….
Owners need to spend some money to bring this apartment back to what it was….
New pillows etc would be a start…
