Cozy Apartment (La Orquídea)

The apartment is spacious and nicely equipped. Kitchen includes everything we needed. Parking space is included, though it is a bit narrow, but it's not super hard to park there. There is a pool in the building complex. The sea is only couple of minutes away.

Clearly the apartment isn't really properly maintained. If I had a screwdriver a would easily find bunch of loosen bolts to screw. The terrace roller blinds didn't work at all. But the worst thing is that AC in one of the rooms was so old and weak that it was pointless to use it at all. We ended up sleeping with opened windows which was terrible as the roller blinds could be pulled up to let the air flow. Also with opened windows the street was very noisy. It's a shame because the apartment is quite nice but needs more attention.

Property was very nice, well designed and very comfortable for our family

The only negative was the pool, lots leaves in the pool and kids wouldn’t get in, was not cleaned while we were there

We found everything we need in the apartment.

Siisti asunto, lähellä rantaa ja helppo matkustaa muuallekin, sillä bussipysäkki oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Kaupat ja ravintolat olivat lähellä.

Taloon tehtiin reissumme aikana julkisivuremonttia ja takana oleva katu oli keskeneräinen.
