Posizione molto bella, con una terrazza molto grande con vista sul mare e un giardino privato.Strategica per visitare le bellissime spiagge vicine
di tutte le baie intorno a Chia, Tuerredda.Inoltre a pochi kilometri da Pula per negozi,supermercati.
Appartamento ben accessoriato con tutti i confort, moderno.lavatrice,lavastoviglie, lettini e ombrellone per la spiaggia.La proprietaria gentilissima

Absolut ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick, großer Balkon und eine Etage tiefer noch eine Terrasse, top sauber, sehr herzliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch Maria Grazia und ihren Mann, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Grill direkt auf dem Balkon, was braucht man mehr? Schöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen.
Wir wollen definitiv wieder kommen...
Nur als Hinweis zu verstehen, absolut keine Reklamation: die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits in einer Wohnsiedlung mit Schranke, ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich für Strand, Einkauf (nächster größerer Supermarkt ist 12 km entfernt in Pula), Restaurantbesuch oder auch Müllentsorgung - dafür hat man aber Ruhe pur, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, casa pulita con tutti i comfort. Terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Spiagge tutte bellissime facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo.
