Location for the purpose of our stay. We were there specifically on those dates for a music event on the beach which was 2 minutes away so perfect. Easy walk to Butlins and Ingoldmells and a shirt drive to Skegness. Quiet location but a few food and drink options close by. Outside area is nice and a suntrap and the site is clean. Pricing is reflective of the van quality and even though there was a fair bit we didn't like, it was still a decent stay.
Knew van was dated before visit but found it was more dated than expected. The oven/hob ignition doesn't work, there are various instructions about power issues and not turning on/off using the remote in case you blow the electrics which we found concerning. Fire extinguisher didn't appear to have been checked in 5 years and it was not very clean on arrival with stains and an ice cream wrapper in the fridge and thick dust and cobwebs.
