The room was big, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning present, the walls sound proof, everything very clean and modern .

The location is ideal and everything downtown is in walking distance. The furbishing of the room is thoughtful, and without clutter with a modern vibe. communicating with host was very easy.
There is a whiff of sewage/pipe smell in the bathroom - perhaps something to look into.

It was ultracentral.
Too cold as the AC couldn’t heat enough.

Really is ultra central, staff is VERY nice. Has a lot of potential.
It was DIRTY. Poop stains in toilet, weird spots in bathroom overall, just not clean. I suspect there is only one VERY NICE cleaning lady who is a bit older, and she has to do everything by herself.. 3 or more levels I think. So I can’t imagine how she could manage that. Again, she was extremely nice and I’m sure doing her best, but you can not expect her to do every room.
