Ein Vorzug ist das relativ große Wohnzimmer, von dem man auch Zugang zu einer Loggia hat. Auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist groß und bequem. Dort gibt es auch einen weiteren Fernseher. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
Die kleine Küche hat leider nicht genug Platz für den Kühlschrank. Der befindet sich am anderen Ende des Flurs in einer Abstellkammer. Die Abdunkelung des Schlafzimmers könnte besser sein. Parken ist zwar hinter dem Haus möglich, aber bei Regen ist es dort verschlammt. Die Anwohner parken gerne vor der Eingangstür des Hauses, was mitunter störend sein kann.
