New, clean, modern apartment. Good location, close to the city centre. Paying parking spots nearby the accomodation, on the street. (~3 EUR for all day in the zone 1)
It's a bit early to rent out the apartment. Drilling, and working noises can be heard during the days. Some basic equipment is missing. The biggest problem is the air conditioning, there is only a mobile AC which isn't installed properly, it's not effective, you have to use with window open. Can't turn off the floor heating in the bathroom. There is no shower head holder and shower gel holder in the shower. There is no frying pan, and mugs in the kitchen. The WiFi doesn't work during our all staying. The curtain could not be drawn, it could not be darkened. Overall not bad, but there are many shortcomings.

Äußerst zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung heizt sich im Sommer ziemlich auf. Internet funktionierte leider nicht.
