Poziția centrală,parcarea în curtea proprietății,relaționarea cu personalul administrativ
Ușa la baie veche,descentrată total care nu se mai apropia să se închidă,la duș ar fi mers pusă o ușă ,sau o perdea mai lungă deoarece sarea apa pe jos

A very big appartment with the very responsible and nice host as well as his team (a gentlement which helped with keys when it wasn't clear how it works was exceptionally friendly and helpful).
A little bit too dark: although the appartment has 2 full-size windows, curtains are hanging in a way that you can't fully raise it => you have to switch on a light even in a sunny morning if you have to work/ have a video call. Please also make sure you understand how Romanian keys work, because it's not obvious for everyone.
