Este situată foarte bine, într-un cartier foarte frumos, în proximitatea unui Lidl, a unui restaurant, a unei cafenele și a parcurilor pentru copii, ceea ce este excelent. Este destul de aproape de centru, cam 35 min de mers pe jos și 8-9 min cu mașina.
Ar trebui pus mai mult accentul pe curățenie. Bucătăria destul de murdară, baia la fel, mirosuri foarte neplăcute atât în bucătărie, cât și în baie. Restul camerelor ok, lenjerie curată, prosoape curate. În sufragerie și în dormitor erau puse un taburel și un fotoliu în două colțuri, iar în spatele lor destul de multă igrasie.

Eintritt ins Gebäude nicht möglich, wir mussten ein Bewohner bitten, uns reinzulassen. Besitzer schwer zu erreichen...Bad riecht nach Schimmel und die Silikonfuge ist undicht. Die Einrichtung ist günstig (Möbel) und schon in die Jahre gekommen (Bett in Schalzimmer quitscht, Türklinke in Bad lose). Keine Mikrowelle und keine Kaffemaschine. Wir sind 4 Personen und mussten selbst in Schrank nach Bettwäsche suchen ....
