Grab it while it’s available!

The property has a great location. It is a walkable distance from the main attractions, but also just a few minutes away from bus stops, so you can easily get around. We had two cars and there was plenty pf space in a private parking for them, so they were safe! The owners were extremely nice. Salvatore met us outside property when we have arrived. Showed us where to park, gave us the keys, showed around the house. All of our needs were met, we even got some great tips and recommendations! Very welcoming. The apartment itself is cozy and very clean. We stayed there with all family, there was enough space for everyone. We had a great kitchen space for our meals, we used washing machine to wash clothes (the property had it all, even washing machine detergent). All in all - we are supper happy! 🙌

Great experience!

The property was excellent for us. As a family of five with three kids traveling by car, we have found everything we needed in this beautiful apartment: a lot of space for everyone, very comfortable kitchen, big bathroom and a parking lot. The host is super friendly and always available. The apartment is just 10 min form the center by bus. We loved staying at Casa di Nonna Anna!

The host was very friendly and helpful providing us with walks and sightseeing ideas. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. We were able to walk into the marina from the apartment. We were able to park out the back of the property which was fantastic too.

Soggiorno a Genova

Il parcheggio privato è sicuramente un punto di forza della struttura. In vicinanza ci sono supermercato e alcuni ristoranti. Fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Genova a pochi passi. Appartamento di grandi dimensioni pulito e con disponibilità di biancheria da letto e da bagno. Staff disponibile e cordiale.

Struttura molto datata. La cucina risulta con elettrodomestici in parte inutilizzabili. Il treno che corre in vicinanza può disturbare il sonno alle persone più sensibili.

De locatie was heel dichtbij de veerhaven, perfect voor ons. Parkeren op een afgesloten terrein. Anna is erg aardig en helpt waar mogelijk. Contact verloopt duidelijk en vlot.

Casa con parcheggio, vicino ha supermercato e perfetto per fare un giro. Adoro

Il parcheggio è un Must a Genova e quello che ha Casa di Nonna è molto comodo. Il personale è il top! E gli spazi della casa sono ampi. Noi eravamo due adulti e 3 bambini.

Avrei voluto trovare una pulizia un pochino più profonda.

Proche du centre, hôtes sympathiques, disponibles pour toutes questions, s’assure du bien être des clients au sein de son logement, logement spacieux. Proche des transports bus à 2min à pied, et station de métro à 10min. On reviendra

La posizione ottima per gli spostamenti, con le fermate dei pullman sotto casa, a circa 10 minuti dall'acquario,posto tranquillo e silenzioso!!! Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, e che dire casa accogliente, come se fossi a casa tua... consigliatissima 😁

Weekend en famille

un appartement propre et bien organisé. Bien placé, proche des bus, métro et d'un supermarché. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et de bons conseils. Hélèna, qui gère l'appartement quand il n'est pas là est une perle et très disponible en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci

Výborný prístup unytocatela, dobrá poloha ubytovania.

Poloha a prístup k mestskej doprave boli fajn. veľmi ústretový pán z ubytovania. Pomohol nam zorientovať sa v meste aj na mieste ubytovamia. Pradil, vybavil tľavu na atrakcie. Super prístup ubytocateľa.

Trochu staršie vybavenie bytu, ale nebolo to na závadu. všetko čo sme potrebovali bolo čisté a funkčne.

Spaziosa e comoda, una vera casa della nonna.

Il nome della struttura rende perfettamente l'idea di quello che si troverà, un appartamento grande e confortevole, con tutte le comodità necessarie. L'arredamento "vintage" rende l'ambiente caldo e accogliente e la gentilezza del proprietario e della signora che gestisce la casa ti fanno sentire coccolato, proprio come dai nonni. Camere ampie e silenziose, letti comodissimi, grande TV, caldaia per riscaldamento autonomo e acqua calda. Grande cucina dotata di stoviglie, detersivi e tutto il necessario per preparare pasti in autonomia, macchinetta del caffè con capsule, bollitore per tisane. Bagno grande con doccia, vasca e doppio lavandino. Ottima posizione, vicino ad uno svincolo dell'autostrada, comoda se si arriva in auto, parcheggio a 50 metri. Posizione non centralissima ma vicino alla fermata di diversi autobus con i quali si raggiunge il centro storico o la stazione di Piazza Principe in 10-15 minuti. Distributori di carburante a due passi e ipermercato Esselunga a 5 minuti a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze anche il Novotel Cantore, sede di convegni e del festival internazionale di scacchi, ragione del nostro soggiorno a Genova. Siamo stati benissimo e, grazie ai suggerimenti del proprietario, abbiamo mangiato divinamente a prezzi molto contenuti in un locale a poca distanza. Ideale per famiglie o per un gruppo di amici (sfruttando il divano letto in soggiorno noi abbiamo dormito in tre, ciascuno in una stanza). Se riusciremo a partecipare alle prossime edizioni del torneo torneremo sicuramente qui.
