In fifteen minutes on foot, you can be in the heart of town where seafood restaurants and cosy pubs abound, plus there’s a sweep of sandy beach and access to the glorious South West Coastal Path. Return to your sleek, modern abode where comfort is the name of the game. Some may say “soulless”, but we say if the sofas are squishy, the kitchen is fully equipped (even with a wine fridge) and the beds are top-notch, what’s not to love? Home truths: *For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here. Although the main sitting room is upstairs, there is a small sitting area in the downstairs kitchen. *Two of the bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds so can be set up as a twin or king on request. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace. *You're in Perranporth so having a car is not necessary, but there is private parking for up to two cars should you need it.
