A good stay over Xmas, and an area I'd visit again in the warmer months of the year

The accommodation was on a self catering basis and within a links golf course on top of a hill. plenty of parking space and easy to get to. checking in process was simple too.

The water pressure on the heating system became too low, and therefore unable to provide both hot water or heating on a few occasions in the morning, which was a pain considering the external temperatures were low anyway over the Xmas period. Fortunately I was able to top up the system to reset the boiler, however other customers may not understand or know what to do. I informed the Golf Club who knew that this event had happened previously, and were going to sort. Perhaps if this is a longstanding water pressure issue due to the lodge and caravan location then information regarding it's possible occurrence should be left within each lodge/caravan on how to remedy it.

Very clean a little dated but everything you could possibly need provided quiet location walking distance to town . Emma the assistant manager was very helpful and a cheerful can do attitude

Perranporth

Caravan had all the essentials (except for wifi). The lady who welcomed us was particularly nice, very friendly and very helpful. Location was nice. We had to watch for flying golf balls but that's to be expected at a golf course location. The lovely sea views more than made up for that. The site was very quiet and peaceful. On-site laundrette was a very useful asset. Perranporth is really beautiful and provides an ideal location from which to explore the many lovely places that Cornwall offers. We had a lovely time.

The location was fine and within easy reach of Perranporth town and beachfront. Unfortunately, the caravan was dated and a little threadbare. It served its purpose but we felt it was a little overpriced for its condition. TV was about the size of an ipad. A new TV would be a sensible, low cost upgrade. No wifi at the accommodation - so no Netflix/Prime for those rainy evenings. Advertised as 'pet friendly' but dogs were not allowed in the clubhouse at all, so we had to go into town for any food or drinks. Understandable, but made us feel a bit like outcasts.

A comfortable stay, in a quiet location, within close proximity of all the popular tourist destinations

Although the caravan was a bit dated in comparison to statics on the larger sites, it was clean & comfortable. Pet friendly for a small charge. The caravan itself is located in the middle of the golf course, surrounded by sand dunes, so mobile phone signal is quite poor, and there isn’t WiFi. A quiet peaceful location with lovely views of the sea & perranporth town below which is only a few minutes away. There is also a large haven site on the same road, with a shop, eateries, arcades & play areas if you have kids, but passes etc are needed for the main activities and I believe are only available to people staying on the site. Emma the manager was really friendly and helpful, as were the other staff members in the reception area. We would definitely stay again.

Ok, dated but close-ish to the beach

The property has parking alongside and was a reasonable walk to the beach.

Th property is very tired and dated! There were very old cobwebs with lots of dust on them! The place could do with modernising. The wall to the beach is ok-ish in the day time- steep steps and along the golf course- walking back in the dark is much harder! The golf Course is very big and it’s easy to get lost!

Dated but in a good way - like the old days! Had everything we needed and bedding was warm and cosy -

We were van 8 right on the edge of the hill and the wind was just horrendous every night - quite scary do lack of sleep

Wir hatten den Standard caravan. Leider ist das Mobiliar und der Caravan schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für etwas mehr Komfort lieber eine Nummer teurer buchen.
