The cottage has some beautiful historical features. Will work great for people looking for a walking holiday. It is lovely clean and tidy with plenty of kitchen essentials. The pool table was perfect for us, we played every evening. The host Wendy was kind enough to leave milk, bread, butter and other treats. The Deli across the road has some tasty picnic options, highly recommend. The bus to Clitheroe is regular and quick. This was great for us as we went along to their food festival and markets.

Unfortunately the bathroom isn't designed for tall people due to a low beam. My husband and son hit their heads on several occasions.

Loved the cosy quirky touches in the cottage. Comfy cosy bedrooms, gorgeous fireplace and small lamps, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and mini bath. Dog basket of blankets etc, dog bowls. Games, books, good info etc. The welcome basket in kitchen was a much welcomed touch to start us off.

Not having access out back but that's just as it is.
