The check in was easy and everybody friendly. Cabin was clean and roomy. Hot tub was fun.

The accommodation was exceptional. We stayed in the Gatehouse East which was peaceful and quiet and a short walking distance to the restaurant where you could have breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Amazing food and lovely helpful and friendly staff. There are beautiful walks around the park and along the river. We had a thoroughly relaxing break, including a wellness therapy treatment at our lodge from Deb which you can book in advance. Would definately recommend a holiday here in unspoilt surroundings! Lovely to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day!

Location was excellent and pool table was great for kids
The kitchen facilities where poor for the number of people and the mattresses where awful. Fire didn't work and one of the ovens didn't work. Just not right for the price we paid
