Location was excellent and pool table was great for kids
The kitchen facilities where poor for the number of people and the mattresses where awful. Fire didn't work and one of the ovens didn't work. Just not right for the price we paid

The whole lodge was lovely and well presented and clean. The hot tub was fantastic.
The central heating was too complicated to operate and was on permanently.
Would of liked a smart TV in the bedroom to log into our TV subscriptions and IPlayer etc.

Perfect house which met all our needs as a family. Kids loved the peacocks, pool table and jacuzzi! We will be back! Absolutely loved it and right next to the outdoor pool with a 10 minute lovely walk to the restaurant. Highly recommended
Poor lighting in the master bedroom, as well as the landing. Other rooms perfect.
Also the road to the property is very narrow with huge pot holes. This was a scary experience leaving the property as it snowed and made it slippy. Not sure if this is the estates road and responsibility? But could have been made safer especially in the snow.

The location was lovely, the staff very accommodating. Stayed in a 1 bedroom lodge, so clean & comfortable. Hot tub was a lovely extra.
Nothing was an amazing stay 😊

The pub on arrival is beautiful and really sets the scene for the park. The lodge was lovely and clean, spacious and really well decorated. The hosts were really accommodating for my check in time and I would 100% stay again it was lovely
The WiFi wasn’t the best connection but as we were having a quiet break away with friends that didn’t matter too much. We tried to clean up but the hoover was full of water and the shower in the master bedroom wouldn’t get to a hot temperature only luke warm but honestly these were small issues and don’t affect my rating of the stay

Welcoming reception, without doubt it has the "wow" factor when first entering the lodge. In the restaurant, excellent food, kind and attentive staff; and then coming home to a hot tub so glorious in the late November cold it was difficult to drag myself out.
Off site the village cafe serves up excellent breakfast.
We will most certainly be repeat customers and already planning a trip with family to celebrate a birthday.

The lodges were clean and well presented. They lack a bit of the extra stuff to make it feel luxurious but had all the basics you would need.

The lodge was unlocked and the keys were left inside
Could have had a curtain or privacy glass or something on the door by the kitchen

Great little lodge with everything we needed for a lovely weekend. It had a wonderful private hot tub and the park was super quiet. On site pub and restaurant was good with average priced drinks on draught and excellent food. The portions were massive though! We took our dog and she was welcomed in the pub too.
Nothing really. It was pricey however more luxury end accommodation so we didn’t mind paying that for a treat!

The property was immaculately clean.
The lodge was perfect for needs and very well designed
There was a power outage, most of the day on one of the days which meant we couldn’t really use our lodge, no shower/bath, fridge, cooker etc. even the on site restaurant was closed. Not really the places’ fault but obviously just feel like we paid to stay and couldn’t really use it for most of one day

Location is fantastic. There is a lovely cafe on site and easy to walk into Gisburn itself. Not far from bigger towns like Skipton and lots of fantastic locations for walking. Very dog friendly. Lodge was perfect! Private hot tub and enclosed garden area which is great for the dog. The bed was really comfortable, as was the couch. Perfect for a cosy stay in the country!

Absolutely beautiful site in a stunning location!
Lodge was clean and well decorated, beds were comfy and hot tub was great.
Also loved that it has an onsite restaurant which had amazing food, we dined there twice and got a takeaway once which was handy.
It also had an outside pool which we didn’t get a chance to use but if visiting again in the summer we’d definitely make use of it.
As other reviews have mentioned, the outdoor/decking area was pretty filthy. Absolutely covered in leaves and spiderwebs. Trying to chill in the hot tub in the evening was just a tad stressful when hanging next to it was hundreds of webs with loads of spiders running around the walls and floor :(
Appreciate that the cleaners have a lot of work to do but this should really be cleared occasionally…
Only other downside was that the restaurant stops serving food at 7pm which is a bit early for dinner to end! Maybe this was temporary due to staffing issues? I’m not sure….?
Regardless we would still stay again as it was a fab stay and excellent value for money

We arrived out of the allocated time frame due to car trouble, we notified via email of our delay and the staff were more than accommodating, we collected our keys from a very friendly reception and were guided to our accommodation by a young man on a quad which allowed for a small tour of the grounds...Bonus :-)
We had prebooked to eat on site in Hindelini's this did not disappoint the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable
Nothing to dislike

The lodge was beautifully decorated, cosy and clean. Beds were comfy, clean and lots of towels for guests. Hairdryer, maiden and kitchen appliances provided. Useful to have a dishwasher included.
The hot tub area was tired with broken and some rotting wood but didn’t affect use, still had a nice relax in there. Flooring chipped in hallway and I caught toe on it but we just seen this as wear and tear of the property with a lot of use.

Been several times and we enjoy the relaxed peaceful atmosphere
Disappointed and little with the restaurant. The bacon was too hard and dry to eat . All three members of our party left it. Also the following morning the window sill of the restaurant had several dead flys which is off putting.

Location was great, the site was really nice and well maintained. We ate twice at the on-site restraunt and food was really nice and reasonably priced. Loved that the deer and peacocks roam around and will come close to you.
The log cabin itself was great, clean and very spacious, had everything we needed. Added bonus of the bath and the beds were very comfy! Great location for Clitheroe, malham etc and the estate itself had lovely grounds to walk around.
We booked a massage in the lodge and it was great 10/10!
100% we will be returning!
We found the hot tubs very hot and no way to adjust the settings so we didn't use it very much. Also the bedroom tv never had signal and the tv in the living area kept losing signal too, so was a little disappointing with that as we like to have a movie night when we're away. I did phone maintenance and he came and sorted the main tv but it did cut out again the next day.
There's no shop on site, so make sure you take all your essentials like milk, bread etc. Would be great if you could get these from the main restaurant, maybe an essentials basket or something.
There could be more bins around as we struggled to find any where to recycle.

Pool was nice. Location was good.
Some more facilities for younger guests. Maybe longer pool opening hours/ days in summer. More entertainment mid week one night perhaps at bar.

Loved everything . It was perfect. Setting is amazing and the staff were great (a little slow) but still lovely. Even the weather was great.
Can only fault the speed, or lack of in service. Some of the breakfast items needed reheating. We ordered a 2nd coffee but gave up waiting.
Flies were an issue but we were given a can of fly spray and that helped.

The accommodation was fantastic, the location was perfect for walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks, which is what we came to do, whilst accommodating our large party. The restaurant did a great job accommodating us all on Sunday.

Super location just on the outskirts of Gisburn. Our lodge was very private, spacious and well equipped. The grounds of the park are beautiful with a super river walk and everywhere is dog friendly. The on-site restaurant Hindelinis does an excellent breakfast - lots of choices and big portions too. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
