Der Service war hervorragend, es gab immer zur richtigen Zeit ein Mail mit wichtigen Informationen (Schlüsselbezug, Tipps während dem Aufenthalt, Abreiseinformationen). Das Appartment ist etwas im die Jahre gekommen aber alles nötige funktionierte und war vorhanden.
Bei uns waren in der ganzen Wohnung einzelne schwarze Haare auf Kopfteil beim Bett, im Spühlbecken im Bad, auf dem Boden und auf der Balkon-Lounge, sonst war es sehr sauber.

Die Lage war ideal. Direkt im Zentrum, sodass wir alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen konnten. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch der herzliche Empfang: Rimus und Schokolade als Willkommensgeschenk. Das war eine sehr schöne Aufmerksamkeit, die wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Leider war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Die Aluminiumpfannen sind stark abgenutzt und sollten aus gesundheitlicher Sicht ersetzt werden. Auch Abwaschlappen und Schwamm wirkten bereits gebraucht. Zudem hat der Kühlschrank sehr unangenehm gerochen, weshalb wir das frisch gekaufte Essen leider entsorgen mussten und den Kühlschrank nicht weiter benutzen wollten/konnte. Zimmer, Badezimmer und Bett sind insgesamt eher klein.
