Location of the apartment is perfect

The apartment is not maintained well compared to the last time we stayed two years ago.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was large and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

The master shower was our only “complaint”. The tub/shower only had a hand held sprayer and it was a bit wonky. It never sprayed it the right direction.

This was an amazing stay in Lucerne! The apartment is very centrally located, next to the church, lake and shopping streets. The train station is also walking distance. We couldn't think of a better location in the city. The check in was fast and smooth, with door codes. We actually liked not having to carry keys around and worry about losing them. When we entered, all the mobile AC units were running so it was nice to enter a cool room on a hot day. The apartment was just huge, with beautiful panorama windows everywhere. The main panorama window upstairs gave the view of the whole city. The apartment was fully equipped and every little thing was provided. They had slippers and bathrobes, all kinds of towels, bathroom toiletries from shampoo to body lotion. These were extremely good quality btw, smelling really good! And everything was given with a back up, they don't limit you to one little bottle per person. All extras as washing tabs for washing machine, iron, ironing board, adaptors were also there. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. We did not cook much on our vacation but anything could be made with given equipment. Salt, pepper, olive oil were a nice touch. Coffee was tasty and complimentary. There was also a nice selection of drinks to purchase. The best feature of the apartment was surely the roof top terrace. It was a private one, just for us, and we could see the lake and mountains. We ended up having our breakfast there. Every room had a big TV available. Wifi connection was good and fast. We could stream movies from our laptop. We did not meet anyone from the staff personally but online communication was super friendly and fast. The location of the apartment allowed to stop right near the door to unpack our luggage which was really nice as we came by car and had lots of luggage. Most central streets do not have this possibility. All in all, it was a great find.

There is no private parking but it’s not an issue as parking house is walking distance. My recommendation would also be adding a good standing ironing board.

Apartment 2A Washing machine leaked water all over the floor. Shower in laundry/bathroom badly designed. Light in apartment 2B didn’t work. Water spilled out onto floor in both apartments 2A and 2B. Floors flooded. very bad as had to mop up. Don’t expect this in premier apartment. No wardrobes or drawers in apartment 2B so had nowhere to put anything. Very inconvenient. Power trip switch in apartment 2B kept getting tripped so we had to vacate. Couldn’t turn off tv in apartment 2B main bedroom so had to put towels over the careen so I could get to sleep. No long mirrors anywhere.

The property is centrally located right across the street from the lake and Old Town Lucerne with restaurants and shops right there.

the upper level of the apartment has a huge window with great views but it got so hot, we couldn’t stay in that room. we asked for an air conditioner and the host responded very quickly. it definitely helped to cool the room

The service was second to none, near instant communication when needed. The location was ideal for exploring the city with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. Gorgeous.

Breath-taking view. Very clean, organized and modern. Loved that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooftop deck was amazing!

Hard to figure out the technology running the apartment, Edie silly getting the tv screen to turn off. A booklet with done instructions would be helpful. We couldn’t figure out why the lights in the bedroom went on in the middle of the night and it was because I kept hitting this white “coaster” next to the bed that was actually a remote to turn on the lights. Who knew? I would have been lost without my daughter!

Excellent apartment. Very big. Luxurious. Stylish. Very calm. Perfect central location. Drinks in the fridge and tasty snacks. Terrace with breathtaking views over Lucerne and the lake. Proably the best place in Lucerne.

Great location near old town and across street from lake. Living area unique, modern and spacious, nice view of town, hills and church ( not Lakeview). Huge TVs in every room..selection of good and reasonable wines in fridge

Electric window blinds in Master faulty and could not be opened so room dark and no view or ventilation. They were aware of priblem but it was not explained before checkin. Entry level floorplan with bedrooms downstairs and winding hall not cosy or convenient..Name should be changed to 50% Lakeview Apartments ( check availability before you book). Next to churches with very loud bells often not on any timing. Mgmt did apologize and offer bottle of wine and airport transport to compensate for issues.

super spacious, great facility, seems to have heated floor which adds a lot more comfy. panorama window is fantastic! great kitchen facility terrace is cool, unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy a cup of wine up there.

1) church bell sounds very loud at night, my kid couldn't sleep in his room (which is facing the church). 2) warning: master bedroom has a slanted beam on the wall, I knocked my head against it, twice! auch!!! 3) mattress is too soft, hurts my back. Woke up with sore back and shoulder. Somehow all the mattress in Swizerland tend to be soft. 4) electrical window blind is very fancy, but a few didn't work. The one in the living room is a bit concern, as people cross the street could see through the window at night.

If you’re thinking about booking this apartment, Don’t think twice! Everything about it exceeded my expectations. It’s so well equipped, even down to the adapters for foreign chargers. My favorite parts were the beautiful city views in literally every room, the minimalist design, and the terrace. This was my first smart booking, and it was a wonderful experience. It definitely saved us time from the usual check-in and check-out hassle. Not to mention the coded lock on both the entrance door and apartment door, which added to our comfort. I can’t wait to be back!

we were overcharged- were refunded the difference later. also, the apartment booked were not given to us. we were told that part of building facing the lake is under construction- well, this should have been told in advance and not as a surprise during check in. it’s extremely hot, AC in summer is portable and hardly does anything. this was not mentioned as well. property is marketed as air conditioned.
