Top City Center Apartments location next to Lion Monument

This place is fantastic. It is a large apartment that is well suited to couples or a family. Well located but quiet inside. Check in experience was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. less than 10 mins to the main train station and a bus stop just steps away. Apartment is large with daily cleaning service. It is also nice to have air-con in summer days.

It is a little bit strange that the toilet is on the upper floor and shower on the lower. But maybe it is just a Swiss thing.

I have stayed on many top hotels in Europe but for sure thus place has higher quality and facilities compare to many 5 stars hotels. The quality of responses was amazing and they have tried to do anything possible to make our stay warm and relax

Good last minute find, needs some minor improvements to make it worth the price they charge. At this price point I consciously chose this apartment due to reviews, location, and fitting the need for our family. Pros: Very responsive and helpful concierge James. He was great at communicating before we arrived and during the whole stay. He was super quick to communicate via email and addressed all issues quickly. Never met him in person nor had a cell phone #, but the email response time was quick. Location, location, location! This apt was so conveniently located close to the train station (10 min walk), Kapellbrucke, St Leodegar, restaurants, COOP (their grocery) and bakeries. This apt was STOCKED with everything you could need- all the dishes, silverware, cooking utensils for many meals (and then some!). SO it helped that you could just load the dishwasher and run it at the end of the day since you had so many plates and silverware. Conveniently had a dishwasher (that the cleaning service emptied after we ran it and left). Also stocked with towels, linens (even for a small child), with extras if needed. Toaster, Nespresso maker, umbrellas for rain. Even with chargers/adaptors. Huge fridge and freezer for stuff Stocked with coffee everyday- that helped a lot They clean the apt daily when you’re out Keyless entry was HUGE- so you don’t have to fumble for keys Despite the central location, it’s actually super quiet. Windows are solid and block out noise. You are in a residential building, so is is imperative that you are QUIET during quiet hours- we were so jetlagged the first night and our schedules were off, so we had to make conscious efforts to try and keep the kids quiet.

Cons: Apt layout is awkward. Two bathrooms is misleading- One bathroom is on the first floor and only has a shower and sink (no toilet). Shower head is one of those small detachable ones so not as great to take a shower with. No place to put shampoos and soaps, so they sit on the shower floor. Lacks hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and stuff. Would be great to have more shelving or a table in there to put stuff. 2nd bathroom is on the 2nd floor and only has toliet and sink (no shower). Tub is in the bathroom upstairs (?) and was actually broken and unassembled when we were there so we couldn’t use it. They offered a bottle of wine for inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have that option. Windows open WIDE only and have no screen or safety, so if you have kids, you must keep them closed or they could fall (and it’s on the 5th floor!) Beds were comfy, but one bed is in the living room (which echoes as it is high ceilings) so you really can’t have those sleeping there get any rest if the other people are up and using the kitchen. Same with the bed in the loft on the second floor. You can hear everything. But it was advertised as one bedroom, so I knew that coming in. Probably would help to have just the two beds in the bedroom, Could have used a kitchen runner or something as the floor frequently got damp with cooking/dishes. Apt didn’t feel cozy due to the lack of rugs or runner- had a lot of open empty space. Fan/air in the bedroom has a loud intermittent buzzing (sounds like someone trying to buzz in the apt- I actually thought that was what it was)- so I ended up turning it off. Front door to the building was actually broken and always unlocked- seemed like a safe area, but anyone could have walked up and come in the building Washer/dryer was on 1st floor- was free (and they had pods in the apt) so that was great, but would have been nice in the apt!

1. Major inaccuracy: - While the website listed that the apartment has 2 bathrooms. Reality is, there's a single bathroom on the second floor as the one on the first floor has a shower only. This was inconvenient as we were a group of six 2. Minor points: - Maximum occupancy is 6. There are 3 comfortable double beds, but one is directly under the roof with a window which had no blinds "FYI for those who can't sleep in the light". - Cleaning fee "per person per night" got added to our total although we have not requested it/ it's an optional add on. The team did remove that extra charge upon our request. Just as an FYI for those who are not planning to add the cleaning service to check their total.

Excellent location within the city and very clean

A bar with outside seating is right below your patio window. Kept us up til it closed from the noise. Problem was that the AC required the patio doors to be open and because it was hot, we decided AC was more important than the noise.

the apartment was clean and lovely! location was central and close to a supermarket and restaurants. kitchen was complete and the beds were so comfortable! staff was very helpful. James was a great host!

Good location. Very near to the train station, tram, and bus stops. Great housekeeping staff. So neat and so lovely. The apartments are designed very well. Absolutely comfortable and cozy. Also great when you have more luggage.

Nothing. Almost perfect.

Apartment was extremely satisfactory, clean and full of comfort products (wine, food, drinks). Room service precise and punctual. The position is very good for centre of Luzern, a little far from Train Station but if not with a heavy luggage it is 15 minutes by feet. Power adapters in the room. The automatic doors allow you to access your apartment anytime since the codes are sent to you directly after booking. No need to respect any strict arrival time.

The contact with the owner can be only by mail or phone , generally quite fast in answering but however no direct contact. Generally speaking absolutely recommended
