We found the apartment very nice furnished, modern, and clean. It's beautifully situated on a hill with a fantastic view.

We had a few points of criticism which we also reported afterwards: - The sauna barely worked at all; we spent our entire stay trying to get it to work. It never turned on except for one time, and even then, after waiting forever, it didn't get above 60 degrees Celsius. - Some items (bedside lamps, TV, etc.) were positioned in such a way that there was no power outlet in direct view, making them unusable unless you moved the entire TV stand forward to search for them yourself. - A billiard ball was missing, so this was also unusable for us. - There were eight of us in the two apartments, and we had to collect three wine glasses from both kitchens. - The extractor hood was broken, so we had to cook with the window open, and the whole kitchen was freezing cold. There were two kitchens, but only one had enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. - Broken trash can. - Support is supposed to be available until 8 pm on Fridays, but they stopped responding to our inquiries (e.g., about the sauna) after 7 pm. The only response I received to my summary of our complaints was excuses, which is very disappointing.
