Comfortable, clean and quiet. Well located for the convention centre where i was working, 5 mins by car or 20 mins walk. Host was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Slept like a baby! Local deli and supermarkets just 5 mins walk away.

Exceptional

We felt very welcome at our stay. Nadia and Danilo are very attentive hosts who wanted us to feel comfortable all the time. Nadia even surprised us with fresh croissants for breakfast.. The rooms are super clean and kitchen is well equipped for two people. We had our own parking lot and could leave our bikes on the safe terrace in front of the apartment.

Very nice and pleasant place in that city. Quiet home in a not through road were traffic is limited. All the shops you need at less than 1 km away. Small private terrace in front of the living room were you can enjoy quietness and take your breakfast or enjoy a cup of Italian coffee.

Bad network. Very poor quality kitchen utensils The multi jet shower is really not convenient to use . Very narrow parking place to only park a a small car but not a SUV!

Fuga dal caos in un periodo di fuori stagione... e questa location è ottimale

L'appartamento era super pulito, con gli spazi ampi e ben disposti. Ottima la cabina armadio e la cucina con lavastoviglie può essere molto utile per soggiorni più lunghi rispetto al solo week end. Posto auto graditissimo e anche lo spazio esterno è sicuramente da apprezzare per l'utilizzo in stagione estiva . La posizione è buona perchè in mezz'ora di passeggiata sei in centro a Riva (per i più pigri, a metà strada si può utilizzare un parcheggio gratuito vicino alla chiesa). Host Nadia disponibile e celere nel rispondere. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie

Nella porta d'ingresso valuterei magari di mettere una doppia tenda o usarne una meno coprente rispetto a quella attuale, ma giusto perchè se si vuole sfruttare la luce esterna quando si è in cucina, lasciando la tenda aperta si riduce un pò la privacy. Ma questo è solo un dettaglio del tutto trascurabile. Non c'è nulla che non sia piaciuto.

Empfehlenswert!!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, ist bestens ausgestattet und besticht in Kleinigkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es wurde uns sogar ein kleiner selbst gebackener Kuchen von der Vermieterin geschenkt (lecker!!!!😉).

Bel appartamento spazioso. Ottima la posizione se si vogliono affittare delle e-bike. Negozio e ciclabile a 50 metri.

Uniche note negative la ventola esterna del sistema di riscaldamento di fianco alla finestra della camera principale.

Casa pulita, accogliente e moderna fornita di tutto il necessario. Facile da raggiungere, con posto auto riservato e vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi in Cira 20 minuti.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo nei dintorni! La casa è calda e accogliente, ideale per una coppia ma anche per una famiglia intera. I proprietari curano i dettagli nei minimi particolari e questo si respira dal momento in cui si accende alla struttura!

Un consiglio che posso darvi , sono le lenzuala classiche con copertina, così da non soffrire o troppo caldo o troppo freddo con il solito trapuntino e basta :-) per il resto top ....bravi ragazzi

Einfach grossartig!

Die Unterkunft war für uns einfach grossartig und wir empfehlen sie unbedingt weiter! Perfekte Lage um Ausflüge zu machen, die Innenstadt und der See sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar, die Wohnung ist komfortabel, sauber, ruhig und perfekt ausgestatt. Wir danken Nadia, Ehemann und Sohn, dass sie uns so herzlich aufgenommen haben und uns überaus hilfsbereit zur Seite standen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
