    We really enjoyed our stay at Higashiyama Hills! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the hotel felt calm and well maintained. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, with not much happening or open nearby but you can easily walk 10–15 minutes to livelier areas with more restaurants and activity. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and bus stops, making it easy to get around Kyoto. Would definitely stay here again.

    We loved our stay here. Place is very close to main areas and walkable distance to shrines and gion streets. It’s right opposite nipponbashi station so accessibility is great. We had a smooth checkin with all the instructions provided by the owner. We took a taxi from Kyoto station and the owner helped us navigate to the place. Hotel is great with all amenities and it’s very spacious and well maintained. Although it is unmanned and there’s no breakfast , something to consider. Very close to local konbinis. Loved our stay here, definitely recommend
