    Wonderful, amazing service. A large room with lovely amenities. The location is awesome, We highly recommend it. Really close to a subway station. Navigation was easy. Wish we could stay longer!

    Stayed for four nights during our first Japan visit. From the get go the experience was unforgettable. The staff and the service are all AMAZING, and the rooms are comfortable and a great experience. The reservation only hot tubs are open air and extremely comfortable. The hotel is also extremely accessible just a few steps away from the subway and a bus stop. Gyon and many other highlights are a 20 minute walk away. It’s just an unbeatable location. Highly recommended and when I come back to Kyoto I will be staying here again!
