Exceptional. This apartment exceeded all of my expectations and is without doubt one of the best places I have stayed in for a very long time. From the moment I arrived, everything was effortless. The key collection couldn't have been easier, with a secure lockbox right on the door of the apartment door. Inside, the apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully laid out. Every detail had been thought of. The hosts provided every amenity you could possibly need. There were complimentary tea bags, coffee, drinks in the fridge, and bottled water ready for making tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch after travelling. The balcony was the real highlight. It was exceptional, with two comfortable sunbeds, a table and chairs, plus two armchairs with another table. The retractable canopy was perfect, allowing you to enjoy the sun or shade whenever you wanted. The balcony gets direct sunshine from around midday until approximately 6 p.m., making it ideal for sunbathing. The shower was excellent, with fantastic water pressure, and everything throughout the apartment worked perfectly. The Smart TV was great, and my Amazon Fire Stick worked flawlessly. There were also English TV channels available, which many visitors will appreciate. The location in Benidorm's Old Town was perfect, yet the apartment still felt peaceful and relaxing. Also, the Air Conditioning was excelent and very easy to use. Overall, this apartment offers incredible value for money. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully presented. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class stay in Benidorm.

Alles tiptop in orde. Alles voorhanden, heel goed keukenmateriaal (is meestal niet overal het geval), heel proper, fantastisch zonnig terras. Rustige ligging midden in de oude stad. Heel behulpzame verhuurder. Keuken voorzien van kruiden, olie, koffie,…. Melk,water,fruitsap, frisdrank in frigo aanwezig. Kortom, fantastisch!

Fantastic little studio in a prime Old Town location. I've seen a couple of mentions about the apartment/studio being a little small and yes, perhaps it is but for 2 people it is more than adequate and the benefits offered far outweigh a couple of extra square metres. The studio is spotlessly clean and well prepared for your arrival, with everything you will ever need being provided. A lovely touch is the provision of some drinks (pop/beer/water) in the fridge. There is a full sized hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine (detergents supplied), full sized fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, basically everything you need. Bed is very comfy with quality pillows provided. The studio has a very quiet and efficient air-conditioner/heater. TV had loads on English channels and can be swivelled to face either the living area or the bed (Firestick tested and working although you don't really need one). Terrace: The terrace is fantastic, it's large enough to fit a table and chairs for 2, 2 full sized sun loungers and 2 bucket chairs. The terrace gets the sun from about 10am but then you get it all day. It also has retractable canopy blinds. Location: Perfectly located in Old town, just 75 meters from the big Ale Hop and 'Walking St'. You have 3 of the best restaurants in Benidorm on your doorstep - Sherpa Asiatica is directly opposite, 10 meters away then on the very next street you have Paneils and Vagabond, my 2 favourite Benidorm restaurants. You're no more than 5 minutes walk to the beach (a couple of beach chairs and a parasol are available for you to take with you). Host: Rosa is a delight to deal with. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting her in person, I still feel like we're friends, she is lovely. Very responsive to messages and always ready to offer guidance and advice. Bottom line: if there are just 2 of you - book it with complete confidence.
