Pulizia poco profonda , ascensore fatiscente che si é bloccato con dentro i bambini

Posizione ottima a due passi da Via Etnea e al centro. Ogni mattina c'è il mercato ma la camera é ben insonorizzata. Edificio datato ma l hotel è modernissimo.

Lavandino in bagno, carino ma scomodo. Abbastanza pulito, consiglierei cambio lenzuola che sono di scarsa qualità.

The room was nice, nicely furnished, clean and the view of the Etna was beautiful.

Location is a bit sketchy, as there is a flea market below every day, where people are yelling from 6am, it's dirty outside of the premises, and the smell afterwards is really bad. There was some water damage on the wall next to the entrance door, and it had to be ventilated upon entering. When arriving and departing, you have to use a very old elevator that is questionably maintained. You get the magnetic key for the good elevator with the keys. There is no regular towel change or room cleaning (e.g. at least trash removal); we had to request it whenever we saw the lady.

Clean room, lovely shower. Great location close to centre- 2 mins walk.

It’s located on the 5th floor of a building which is accessed from a lift…there are no staff members so you are given instructions/codes for access. It was a bit strange. We only stayed a night as it was handy for the airport but wouldn’t have wanted to have stayed longer so fine for a quick stay but absolutely no views/ balconies…ok for a base I guess wouldn’t stay again
