This beautifully decorated and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, third floor end unit condo is nicely private and located at the sandy beach location of Pelican Cove complex.
The large, quiet and peaceful pool area features a hot tub spa area, table/chairs, palm trees and beach and ground views... The comfortable light and airy living room, is the perfect inside spot to relax and enjoy the views through the sliders. The kitchen offers all appliances for your convenience. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, bath ensuite and sliders out to the deck/view. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and door to the full bathroom with large marble walk in shower. Sleeping arrangements are perfect for two couples or a family group traveling together. There's even security child locks on the slider doors! There's also a full size sleep sofa in the living room area for single members to sleep apart.
The outside deck features a grill and table/chairs to enjoy outside dining. The condo features ceiling fans throughout to catch those beautiful tropical breezes and is also completely air conditioned. Condo entertainment amenities include: flat screen cable Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms, wireless internet.
The grounds at Pelican Cove are meticulously maintained with lush tropical landscaping. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Some portions of it are rocky and areas good for snorkeling. Pelican Cove Beach on St Croix is proud to receive the Blue Flag Certification. Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions. Best of all Pelican Cove is walking distance to a lovely restaurant - The Palms, located next door, for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

“ Serenity by the Cove” at Pelican Cove was very nice and beautifully decorated. The condo complex was serene and private. Exactly what we were looking for! The location was great as well. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The unit was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. We really appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. Our family had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again.

This condo was really nice, clean, and had everything we needed. We pretty much had the beach and the pool to ourselves while we were there for the entire week. Would love to stay there again during our next trip back to the island!
