Enjoy comfortable air conditioning with a split air system in each room. The spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. Relax in the living room or step onto the open patio to take in stunning ocean and beach views, just steps from the sand. Located in Granada Del Mar, only 20 minutes from the airport, this is the ideal island retreat for your next getaway.

On the shores of Pelican Cove Beach, this renovated condo offers the perfect retreat for relaxation. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the condo provides full access to a large swimming pool with sweeping beach and ocean views. The open floor plan, tile floors, and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. The updated kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or on the spacious patio. The patio is designed for outdoor comfort, with ample seating and a dining table—ideal for watching sailboats and seaplanes pass by the nearby marina. Enjoy scenic views of Buck Island and Christiansted harbor from your private outdoor space. With direct beach access, you'll be steps away from a day of fun in the sun or an evening stroll along the water's edge.
The master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, drink refrigerator, and an en-suite bathroom with a stylish tile shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a single bed, smart TV, and its own attached bathroom with a tile shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area. For beach outings, towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and a cooler are provided.

Guests have access to a recently renovated community pool with spectacular island views.

Please note: While there are several nearby spots for swimming and snorkeling, the beach directly at the condo complex is not suitable for these activities due to rocks and strong currents.

A rental car is necessary for getting around St. Croix (driving is on the left side of the road).
No pets or smoking are allowed.
The beach is beautiful for relaxing and enjoying the view, but not recommended for swimming.

Our 6-night stay at Granada del Mar in St. Croix was wonderful. The unit’s layout was perfect, with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of room for comfort. We appreciated the variety of amenities, including small appliances, a dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient.The location was fantastic, centrally situated to explore top beaches and areas like Christiansted, Cane Bay, and Chaney Bay, and just a short drive to Frederiksted and Udall Point. We also had easy access to local restaurants and grocery stores.Communication with Bret and Mary was excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed. The internet access made us feel right at home and allowed us to stay connected with loved ones while away.Though we didn’t use the beach or pool, the sound of the waves and the beautiful views each morning and evening added to the relaxing atmosphere. Granada del Mar provided the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and stunning surroundings. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

Moana’s Beach Villa at Granada Del Mar Condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The beach towels, chairs and cooler were a bonus, and we used them daily for outings to the various beaches.Waking up each day and opening the patio doors to a breathtaking view of the ocean was delightful!The pool was clean and great for cooling off with a beautiful view right next to the ocean, which is too choppy for swimming. There is however a swimmable beach called Pelican Cove that you could access via about a 1/4 mile walk southeast down the coastline. We drove and entered through The Palms resort. The location of the condo in general was nice and central, within 30 minutes driving time to anywhere on the island. Beautiful must-see beaches and snorkeling including Shoys Beach & Cheney Bay (northeast), Isaac’s Bay (southeast), Sand Castle/Dorsch & Rainbow Beaches, and Frederiksted Pier (west). Saint George Village Botanical Garden and Point Udall were excellent points of interest as well. Renting a car is a must. Condo is close to groceries as well. We tried a few stores and preferred Plaza East for price and selection. Great nearby restaurants included La Reine Chicken Shack (outdoor atmosphere and inexpensive), and Too Chez for fine dining experience. The Mill pizza on the Christiansted Boardwalk was great also. Check-in and out was easy, and the host was responsive. Overall a great stay and would recommend this condo!
