This 3 bedroom / 3 bath condominium is perched above our gorgeous white sand beach and has an unobstructed sea view.
Relax on the palm lined beach during the day, and be caressed by the Caribbean breezes at night.
Enjoy the view of swaying palms and turquoise blue seas right from your unit.
Our beachfront condo is tropically furnished and enjoys wonderful offshore breezes.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and large sliding doors that open to provide a wonderful cross breeze throughout the unit.
There is an en suite Master Bath.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the hall bath adjacent to it has a shower.
The third bedroom has two twins that can combine to a King and also has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The master bedroom and all 3 baths are recently renovated with all new plumbing and fixtures.
There are even Bluetooth ceiling lights.
That's right...sync your playlist to the speakers in the light fixture and have your tunes in the shower !
Our newly renovated full kitchen has plenty of dishware, cookware, glasses and utensils and all major appliances, including microwave and a blender to try out some frozen drink recipes. There is even a washer/dryer for your use.

The living room has new furniture, Streaming TV and a DVD player and FREE WiFi and direct access to the gallery.
A small, portable stereo on the desk is IPhone ready with cord hookup so don't forget your music library !
This gallery (balcony) is over 250 square feet of exterior living space and comfortably furnished.
The table and chairs on the gallery provide the perfect spot for al fresco meals and cocktails while taking in the unobstructed sea view !
There is also a built in bar with stools facing the perfect spot to saddle up for a cool drink or snack ...
Beach towels are provided for your use.
A rental car is recommended to get around the island, but taxi’s are plentiful too.
Sugar Beach is a private complex conveniently close to Christiansted for dining, shopping and groceries.

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

The unit was as advertised and better than the photos. It was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We didn't have any issues at the condo. We enjoyed the ocean breeze while eating dinner on the balcony. My daughter enjoyed her early morning strolls on the beach. The neighbor, Pat, was very informative and friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed using the pool for evening swims. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you Christine and Earl.

Condo is exactly as described. It has everything you need just bring your own bathroom necessities. Kitchen is fully stocked. WiFi worked well. We rented a car while on the island for the duration of our stay and highly recommend it. There may be a wait at the airport upon arrival for your rental but the rental companies do work diligently to get you your rental asap. The location of this unit is perfect. It is close to the Christiansted harbor which offers many places to eat and excursions. I highly recommend Villa Carib. There is a higher than normal amount of sargassum washing up on the beaches on this side of the island but at Sugar Beach they did clean it a couple of days during our stay. We chose to drive to beaches on the west end of the island for our stay. Villa Carib does have an amazing view that you can enjoy from the patio! We will definitely return!

This property is nearly perfect in every way, and we had a wonderful time on our five night trip to St. Croix. The condos are in a great location on a beautiful beach, which is usually stunning. However, we were here in July, which is sargassum season, and it rendered our beach unusable. It isn’t the condo’s fault because it’s just mother nature, but we learned a good lesson about coming back to this area again in the fall or early spring not during the seaweed season. The only downgrade for the location is that they’re really is not much to eat if you don’t have a car. We did walk a few blocks to the grocery store and a couple of fast food restaurants. But not everyone feels comfortable walking through the neighborhoods to that part of town. It was fine for us. We ended up renting a car earlier than we expected and drove to the other beautiful clean beaches that Saint Croix has to offer. It really is a stunning island and it has so much to explore and see. The condo amenities and pool were great. And as I noted, most of the time it has a gorgeous view and its own beach. We will definitely come here again.

The condo complex is fantastic our unit not so much! The photos used in the listing apparently are rather old. The living room furniture is very tired and dirty. The tv was on a dish system that the contract expired and was to be replaced with a streaming service that was not working since therewas no internet connection. That was for the last week of our stay. The property manager ( once he responded) shed the problem to the condo manager who tried to get the internet people out tofixthe system but the shed the issue to someone in puerto rico! Seven days without national networks or local stations a real disappointment when you’re in an area that basically shuts down at 7:00 pm. Not to mention we needed to be present to let whoever showed up in to have access. Three days of our vacation was spent cooling our heels waiting for someone who never came. The unit appeared to not have been occupied for a while . There were cobwebs on the art work and the windows (that didnt close /screens that didn’t seal)had a layer of dead bugs on them and more cam in throygh the gaps. We have stayed in units on island that cover a range of conditions this was towards the bottom!
