About this house rental

Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in our comfortable cottage that can accommodate up to eight people.

2 parking spaces are available at the front of the house. Other spaces are available in the public area (sidewalk).
A small private garden is at your disposal at the back of your accommodation. You will have access to the large garden to share with the second cottage, where you can relax and your children exercise, (petanques, balls, ping-pong table ...)

30 meters from your accommodation, come and relax in our wellness area with Spa and Sauna at an additional cost

The cottage is located in the town of Ecques between Saint-Omer and Aire sur la lys.

Ideally located 3 kms from the exit of the A26 motorway, to discover all the riches of our region (Saint-Omer and its marshes 14 kms, Aire sur la Lys 10 kms, the Coupole d'Helfaut 6 kms, Dennlys park 17 kms, the Opal Coast 50 kms, Lille, Arras, the mining basin, the Louvre-Lens...)

You will have a remarkable view of the surrounding countryside, and you can stroll through our large garden.
The cottage of 125 m2 with three large bedrooms opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room opening onto a large semi-covered balcony of 25 m2.
**An electric charging station is at your disposal in the village (1 km away) If we notice a connection to the rental, a flat rate of 20 € / day will be requested. **
We have a second adjoining cottage.

We booked this property as it description suited the needs of my mum the best. She has difficulties getting around and the fact that she was able to get around the ground floor easy, made it a a good choice. Access off the road, led to bathroom, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with ensuite shower, which then led out on to a balcony with a great view of the surrounding farm land. Before we booked i checked with Léna to make sure everything was ok and she responded so promptly it was great. While we were there Léna could not be more helpful, ever query was answered and where ever she could, she would assist. I could not fault Léna and her daughter who were there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. As i said the actual property was perfect for our needs and was immaculate everywhere. The garden outside was big with a table tennis table and pentanque area with all the equipment you would need. That just leaves the Spa area which was just as good. Hot tube and sauna made for a very relaxing evening. The place was beautiful and very well maintained we had a prefect short break. Thank you Léna
