11km from Saint-Omer and its marshes, cottage 6/8 people of 114 m2 in a quiet area within our farmhouse, with separate entrance and private fenced garden of 244 m2.
Private spa for 3/4 people included, accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
3 bedrooms: 1 with private shower and 2 modular (single beds that can be joined) + 1 BZ bench. 2 toilets, 2 showers, baby equipment, games.
Particularity of weekend stay: departure 14:00 on Sunday.

Come and enjoy a private relaxation area with spa for 3/4 people, its water at 38°C and its 3 massage jet areas! Located in an outbuilding a few meters from the cottage, it is accessible at will between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Spa including one bath towel and bathrobe per person.

Your pet is welcome, at no extra charge but under your responsibility and supervision. Thus, dogs cannot be left alone on site.

Special for weekend stays: late check-out on Sundays before 14:00 instead of 10:00, allowing you to enjoy more with family or friends.

Playful family cottage with 2 play areas upstairs:
- for the little ones -> secure area with children's table and chairs and many toys (doll, Playmobils, kitchen,...)
- for older children - > connected TV, Playstation 4, video games and DVDs, table football, darts
+ books and board games available to all.

The rooms:
- comfortable bedding,
- 1 master bedroom upstairs with double bed (140x190), dresser and private shower area + connected TV,
- 2 bedrooms on the first floor with garden view, modular -> each bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed 160*200 separable into 2 twin beds 80*200 and a dresser
- BZ bench in the older children's play area, adjoining the master bedroom (comfortable Dunlopillo mattress: 35 kg/m3, size 140*190), dresser.
- Shared dressing room in the hall between the first floor bedrooms and the bathroom.

The modular bedding allows us to adapt the cottage as much as possible to your needs: family, group of friends or professionals.

- on the first floor -> shower room with vanity unit and 10kg washing machine + a separate toilet

The kitchen:
Open to the living room, the equipment is very complete - > induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette/pierrade machine, Actifry oil-free fryer, blender, Dutch oven, pie/cake dishes, pressure cooker, wine and beer glasses,....
A classic filter coffee maker (filters and coffee provided) and a L'Or Barista coffee maker compatible with Nespresso (pods provided) are available.

Additional spaces:
- A space with dressing room (wardrobe + lockers and drawer) and cupboard serves the first floor,
- An office is available upstairs.

The cottage is ideal for children. We provide baby equipment:
- travel cot with a real mattress (bed linen included),
- booster seat with tray, installed on an additional chair that does not reduce the number of chairs at the table (= high chair) that can be dismantled if necessary,
- utensils for the meal (plates, cutlery, bowls, cups,...),
- Baby's hygiene kit: changing mat, bath and deckchair, toilet and potty reducer,
- play mats,
...
For safety, there is a protective barrier at the top of the stairs and in front of the pellet stove and household products are stored high.
